Ahead of its official April debut, K11 ECOAST in Shenzhen sets the stage with a bold artistic statement.

The waterfront cultural district launched its first exhibition in March — “Lu Yang: DOKU The Flow” — a sensory-defying digital experience merging technology, philosophy, and multimedia art.

The opening also marked the kickoff of the K11 Cultural Festival by the Sea, featuring three concurrent shows: “Lucy Sparrow: Art History Rhapsody,” a whimsical felt recreation of iconic artworks; “Before and After Waves,” exploring China’s rock culture through artists Gao Yuan and Li Xiaoliang; and Lu Yang’s solo.

Set to open April 28, K11 ECOAST promises to redefine the cultural landscape of Shenzhen.
