For the first time, an artificial intelligence (AI) large language model (LLM) will be deployed to serve exhibitors and buyers at the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), which will be held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Bao'an District from May 22 to 26, according to the event organizers.

The Wenxiaobo model, developed by Tencent Cloud and trained on vast amounts of data from the past 20 editions of ICIF, can automatically generate precise profiles for exhibitors and buyers. Exhibitors can achieve “one-click smart matching” with potential buyers.

It is capable of conducting in-depth analysis and mining of exhibition data, including basic information about exhibitors, product features, and transaction demands. Based on this data, the LLM can accurately match potential partners for exhibitors.

For instance, an exhibitor specializing in traditional handicrafts can use the model to swiftly identify companies that are highly compatible in areas such as cultural and creative product sales and international market promotion, significantly increasing the efficiency and likelihood of finding suitable partners.

Wenxiaobo will also facilitate intelligent communication for parties engaged in business negotiations. ICIF participants can easily interact with the model by following the fair's official WeChat account or scanning on-site QR codes to obtain detailed information about exhibits and transaction terms. The model can also perform tasks such as translation and content creation.

Meanwhile, this year’s ICIF will feature a special AI exhibition area showcasing cutting-edge applications of more than 60 leading companies. Visitors can experience innovative on-site scenarios such as human–machine chess competitions, mixed reality (MR), the digital revitalization of oracle bone script, and breakthrough applications of embodied AI robots in areas such as guided tours, translation, and interviews.
