The center offers Cantonese-speaking tour guides, local communication services, free parking, and shuttle buses connecting Shenzhen North Railway Station with Galabay · Hong Kong Macao Bay.
In addition, the complex — an exemplary cultural and tourism project in the district — has introduced a mini program to keep Hong Kong visitors informed about current promotions, tourism highlights, and policy updates.
The center aims to serve as a model for Shenzhen–Hong Kong integrated development and the cross-border cultural and tourism industries. It will work with travel agencies to develop travel routes and tourism packages that emphasize shopping, ecological experiences, and the ice and night-time economies.
During the May Day holiday, which fell from May 1 to 5, Longhua District curated a variety of cultural and tourism activities focused on outdoor experiences, including greenway camping, a flea market, a pet festival, and free exhibitions.
