In 2012, after conducting an initial audit of Shenzhen fashion group Redstone, I identified significant gaps in its supply chain management.

Having worked extensively in engineering, operations, and logistics across Italy and China for over 20 years, I put together a detailed reorganization plan utilizing various IT tools to streamline their processes.

By synchronizing departments such as manufacturing, merchandizing, and purchasing within Redstone’s high-end Italian women's wear brand, we significantly boosted operational efficiency.

Shenzhen’s fashion industry has since emerged as a leader in China, but I am convinced that continuous innovation is essential for the city to truly rival fashion centers like Milan and Paris.
