The opening features a significant upgrade in commercial offerings, product mix, brand identity, and operational approach, signaling a revitalized boost to the commercial vitality of Futian District.
Jointly developed by China Resources MixC Lifestyle Services Ltd. and Ping An Real Estate, PA MALL is the first landmark commercial project in Shenzhen under this partnership. Since June 2023, it has undergone a full-scale transformation and now hosts Michelin and Black Pearl-starred restaurants, a curated international light luxury retail lineup, trendy sports brands, and immersive cultural art experiences.
“GOLDEN BLOOM,” a feather blossom installation by renowned Italian designer Matteo Menotto, is displayed at the entrance of PA MALL in Futian.
A new, open, cross-street pedestrian bridge has been introduced, creating additional commercial space above the street and enhancing connectivity throughout the mall.
PA MALL now hosts stores from approximately 130 new brands, 60% of which are first stores. The brands span international trendy luxury, premium beauty, performance sportswear, and popular dining categories.
International light luxury brands include Vivienne Westwood, Theory, and Polo by Ralph Lauren, among others. The mall has also welcomed flagship and pop-up stores of highly sought-after emerging designer brands like COTEMP and Ann Andelman.
In the sports segment, 12 high-energy brands have been introduced, including On, KOLON SPORT’s impressive double-story flagship, SALOMON, Wilson, and Onitsuka Tiger.

The mall’s diverse food scene ranges from high-end establishments such as CHIC 1699 Private Kitchen to popular dining venues like Bellogo, Rongshan Hotpot, and Wu-style Restaurant.
Additionally, light dining and beverage outlets like TangSuo and Kyoto Onigiri complement the culinary mix. The third floor is home to the Da Shi Dai Food Court, catering to the leisure dining needs of visitors.
A centerpiece of the reopening is the dramatic “GOLDEN BLOOM” feather blossom art installation created by renowned Italian fashion designer and artist Matteo Menotto, which made its debut alongside the mall’s grand opening.
