Experiencing Guangming's warm hospitality

Settling into a new city always comes with challenges. One amusing early hurdle I encountered was my difficulty in finding a decent cup of coffee, which was frustrating as an avid coffee lover.

When I mentioned it, my colleagues promptly purchased a coffee machine for us. Amazingly, within six months we had our own coffee shop in the industrial park. Now every morning I enjoy my coffee just downstairs before starting work—small comforts make a big difference.

The supportive atmosphere in my workplace has made my experience truly enjoyable. The relationships I have formed here extend well beyond professional boundaries; some colleagues have become close friends.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue contributing to Guangming Science City for years to come. I have developed a genuine affection for Shenzhen, and I even plan to apply for a green card if the opportunity arises. This city has become my home and I am excited to be part of its promising future.
