590 talent housing units up for sale in Longhua

Shenzhen’s latest talent housing project, Anju Huayue Longyuan in Longhua District, has recently started the sale of 590 three-bedroom apartments.

Located in Minzhi Subdistrict, it is part of Shenzhen’s ongoing effort to provide affordable housing for talent to further support the city’s growth and development.

Located in Minzhi Subdistrict, the talent housing project enjoys a prime location with comprehensive amenities. It boasts rich commercial facilities, including the popular UniWorld shopping mall and Sam’s Club Longhua outlet within 1 kilometer its radius. It is conveniently close to Shenzhen Middle School Longhua Campus, which is about 500 meters way. Additional nearby schools include Xingzhi Primary School and Shenzhen Arts High School Minzhi Campus, among others.

The project is well-connected by public transit, with plans to introduce four new Metro lines (Lines 22, 25, 27, and the Shenda Intercity line) within approximately 1 kilometer, ensuring efficient access across the city.

Residents also have access to extensive green spaces, including community gardens, a new urban park planned on the west side of the project, and the Deyi Park approximately 800 meters away.
