Shenzhen boasts a vibrant and growing coffee culture with around 10,000 coffee-related enterprises, many of them independent coffee shops.
I’ve spent significant time visiting these shops, engaging directly with roasters to exchange knowledge and identify the best products suited for their needs.
This close collaboration helps us tailor our offerings and deepen our connection with the local coffee community.
Looking ahead, I envision building a family and making Shenzhen my home in the coming decade. What excites me most about working here is the abundant opportunities.
I believe foreigners in Shenzhen can leverage their cultural knowledge, language skills, and strong connections with locals to foster mutual support and exchange.
Respecting and appreciating Chinese culture has opened many doors, and the warmth of the people here has made the integration easier.
Shenzhen is an ideal place for career development, and I encourage others to explore this city’s diverse opportunities. With a unique business approach and a willingness to collaborate, anyone can find their niche without facing direct competition.
Since starting from zero, we have seen a remarkable increase in revenue. Yet, I remain cautious about growing too quickly. Our priority now is sustainable development, ensuring steady and healthy growth for the years ahead.
