Tentacles of pipes erupt from the bar and writhe across the ceiling, steampunk-style, at this funky beer bar in OCT Loft. The focus is on their own experimental Beijing brews (NBeer hails from the capital), but you can also try Chinese craft beer from as far away as Sichuan.

The Gose Modern, a sour wheat beer infused with coriander, is an international award-winner. Happy hour (6-8 p.m.) is two hours of all-you-can-drink beer for 188 yuan.
