Why Shenzhen? A dynamic hub for innovation

In 2019, I took time off to travel the world, exploring nature and diverse cultures. This journey deepened my awareness of environmental issues and reinforced my commitment to sustainable design. Despite the allure of global travel, I chose to return to Shenzhen to build my studio.

Shenzhen offers a unique window into Asia’s technological future. The city is comfortable yet vibrant — very different from Europe — and serves as a leading global center for manufacturing and innovation.

Its rapid, reliable product development ecosystem and the influx of talent from around the globe create an atmosphere unmatched by any other city I’ve visited across the 40 countries on my travels.

Shenzhen’s youthful energy and dynamism fuel creativity and progress, making it the ideal base for my work in sustainable design and innovation.
