Flea markets in Shenzhen are in full swing

Flea markets in Shenzhen are in full swing this summer!

Despite intense heat waves and sudden rain showers, nothing stops Shenzheners from heading out in search of a good deal at many local flea market popups around the city. I managed to snap a few photos of one of the events in between browsing some cool stuff they had on sale. 

I like to keep an eye out for these markets since they usually only last a weekend and are a great excuse to explore neighborhoods I haven’t visited yet. The flea market pictured had all sorts of new and secondhand goods, ranging from desk plants and vintage clothes to CDs. There was even a dog adoption booth where visitors could meet and play with some friendly pups in need of a home!

If a flea or outdoor market opens up near you, I definitely recommend checking it out, you never know what you might find!
