New Executive Chef Jaeyoung Lee (Chef Jay) brings his bold innovation to the dazzling afternoon tea that capture the spirit of the season. Masterfully blending local ingredients with modern techniques, Chef Jay transforms summer’s finest fruits into exquisite culinary art. Complementing his creations, Head Bartender Eden Yao presents the cocktails that embody the joyful essence of summer. Fresh, invigorating and bursting with bright notes, these sundowner-worthy sips are made for golden hour indulgence.

The Lychee Afternoon Tea celebrates the delicately sweet, floral flavour of the beloved Chinese fruit with bite-size delights like Lychees with Prosciutto and Mint, Rose & Lychee Cake Rolls and Lime Lychee Tart. Can enjoy the cocktails Misty Rain — gin, red bayberry, apple vinegar, sparkling tea, aloe and olive bitter — and Chirp Summer with lime leaf rum, coconut liqueur, fruit juices.
