Chinese name: 唐阁 Tánggé

T'ang Court (Shenzhen) specializes in new Cantonese cuisine, of which using one leopard coral garoupa to come up with two distinct flavors is famous. It is also famed for its Peking duck, which is roasted live (behind glass panes of course) in front of diners. The duck may be flown in from Beijing, but the pancakes and dip sauce are made in-house.
