Ensue

A product of Meadwood's chef and a restaurant that made the 2022 Black Pearl list, Ensue feels like a forest cabin transplanted from North America into an urban landscape.

The appetizers are presented in the shape of Guangdong (albeit the Ming Dynasty version), and dishes are seasonal. Chicken baked in sourdough is a classic dish on the menu, and you can go to the kitchen to see how it's made. You need to call at least one day in advance to make a reservation.
