Dà Dǒng - Huangting Zhongxin

Chinese name: 大董

Dadong's Peking Roast Duck propelled both its Beijing and Shanghai stores onto the Michelin list. You can try it here at the Shenzhen store, which also happens to be famous for its sea cucumber dishes.

Some of the dishes come with the option to choose different quantities, and you can order half a roast duck if a whole one is too much. You need to call to book at least one day in advance.

The store isn't in the mall itself, but in a building on its east side. The entrance looks just like any other office building, but head upstairs to find several decent restaurants.
