Global premium coffee brand Nespresso has unveiled a vibrant "Cool Coffee Carnival" pop-up at MixC World in Nanshan District, offering a refreshing summer escape with iced coffee delights and interactive experiences. The event invites visitors to explore sustainable coffee culture while enjoying immersive games and limited-edition flavors.
The pop-up features three themed zones. At the Open Bar, guests can discover Nespresso’s summer-limited coffee machines, capsules, and exclusive flavors. From classic iced coffees to innovative specialty drinks, each cup is crafted as a "cool statement" for the season, blending artistry with premium quality.
The Retro Game Zone offers playful activities, including a lucky lever machine to win tokens, a vintage photo booth for capturing summer memories, and a claw machine for redeeming prizes. Participants can also challenge friends to a round of pool, adding a lively touch to the experience.
Highlighting its commitment to the environment, Nespresso showcases its partnership with the Shenzhen Mangrove Conservation Foundation (MCF). Since April, Nespresso and MCF have jointly supported Shenzhen’s "Zero-Waste City" initiative by pioneering composting technology. Coffee grounds from recycled capsules are mixed with landscaping waste to create nutrient-rich "black gold soil," improving the ecosystem in Futian Mangrove Ecological Park.
An interactive "Voice Wall" shares perspectives from wetland wildlife, illustrating how capsule recycling benefits nature.
Chinese table tennis Olympic champion and brand ambassador Wang Chuqin made a surprise appearance on opening day, emphasizing the importance of ecological conservation.
“I’m thrilled to join Nespresso and MCF in promoting sustainability. Together, we can harness the positive power of coffee,” Wang shared.
