A total of 500 flight tickets, 200 coastal rooms, and 1,000 high-paying jobs are among the benefits available to global talent who apply for the Shenzhen–Hong Kong 72-Hour Experience Pass, a program jointly launched by the Qianhai Authority and Hong Kong Talent Engage last week.
The program invites global talent, especially overseas professionals and entrepreneurs interested in developing careers or launching ventures in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, to explore the two cities across three dimensions — working environment, lifestyle, and opportunities — through a 72-hour immersive experience.
The itinerary includes visits to top universities, innovation and technology hubs, and world-class tech companies in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, a stroll along the Victoria Harbour promenade, stops at iconic landmarks like the Bay Glory Ferris wheel, and career and life development sessions.
Tailored itineraries will be provided according to each participant’s professional background and interests. Participants will also receive visa assistance for entry into Shenzhen, including step-by-step guidance and support throughout the process. Accommodations, local transportation, and meals are fully covered during the program, and a flight subsidy of up to 5,000 yuan (US$700) is available.
To qualify, applicants should be faculty members, scholars, or researchers from world-renowned universities; research professionals or executives from leading global technology companies; or high-achieving graduates or professionals from prestigious universities worldwide.
Qualified candidates may submit applications. Selection will be based on a comprehensive assessment of academic background, work experience, research achievements, and other relevant factors.
