From Sept. 12 to 14, the hotel's Chinese restaurant Zhuo Yue Xuan presents a remarkable collaboration with Chef Li Yongsheng from Michelin-starred Yu Yue Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. Chef Li, who received the Michelin Young Chef Award Guangzhou 2024, takes guests on a captivating journey of Cantonese flavors, unfolding storied specialities crafted with exceptional ingredients. Signature creations such as roasted pigeon leg stuffed with wild dried porcini, braised Chinese soft-shelled turtle with garlic and lemongrass, and the refined ginger-flavored char siu pastry, will be featured on the menu. The culinary celebration will include a degustation menu as well as à la carte selections.
