Shenzhen designates enclosed zones banning parking and temporary stopping

The city’s traffic police authority has designated enclosed zones around the airport, border crossings, piers and major transport hubs across Shenzhen where vehicle parking and temporary stopping are prohibited at all times.

The enclosed area around Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport covers all road sections bounded by Hangzhan Road 4 to the east, by the Airport West Seawall to the west, Airport South Road to the south, and Painan Road and Airport Road 9 to the north.

The enclosed zones around the border crossings include:

Futian Checkpoint: Yuheng Road, Guihua Road, and the section of Guohua Road from Huanggang Road to Guihua Road;

Huanggang Checkpoint: Futian Road South from Baihe Road 8 to Baihe Road, Baihe Road, Baihe Road 8 from Futian Road South to Huanggang Road, Tonghe Road, Baihe Road 2, and Baihe Road 3;

Liantang Checkpoint: west-to-east direction of Luosha Road from Guangling Bus Stop to Xilingxia Road, Yanfang Road from the Xilong Shanzhuang gate to Beilian Road, Beilian Road, and Xilingxia Road;

Luohu Checkpoint (including Shenzhen Railway Station): Heping Road (the section south of Chuanbu Road), Jianshe Road (south-to-north direction: the section south of Chunfeng Road; north-to-south direction: the section south of Jiabin Road), Renmin South Road (the section south of Chunfeng Road), and Yanhe South Road (the section south of Nanhu Road);

Wenjindu Checkpoint: Wenjin South Road (south-to-north direction, from Yanhe South Road to Chunfeng Raod), Yanhe South Road (north-to-south direction, from Yanhe-Chunfeng elevated ramp to Wenjin South Road), Yanhe South Road (south-to-north direction, Wenjin South Road to Beidou Road), Jinlian Road, and Jinlian Road 2;

Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint: Wanghai Road between Shahe West Road and Zhongxin Road, Keyuan Road South between Dongbin Road and Zhongxin Road, Neihuan Road between Jinwan West Road 2 to Xiaofang Road 1, and Dongbin Road between Keyuan Road to Shahe West Road;

Shatoujiao Checkpoint (including the Special Administrative Area of Zhongying Street): Shashen Road and Haitao Road between Shashen Road to Shenzhen Constitutional Park.

In addition, enclosed zones cover Mawan Port, Shekou Pier, Chiwan Pier, Shekou Cruise Home Port, Dachan Bay Pier, Yantian International Terminal, Shenzhen North Railway Station, Futian High-speed Railway Station, Shenzhen East Railway Station, Pingshan Station, Guangmingcheng High-speed Rail Station, and other locations. Within these enclosed areas, parking and temporary stopping by motor vehicles are prohibited at all times. Drivers who park or stop in violation will be ordered to leave immediately and may face penalties. If the driver is absent or refuses to leave, the vehicle may be towed to a location that does not obstruct traffic or to a site designated by the traffic police.
