Luohu welcomes first Tesla V4 supercharging station

The first Tesla V4 supercharging station in Luohu District officially opened Saturday, marking a milestone for electric vehicle infrastructure in the area.

Located on the third floor of Shenzhen Teemall, the new station introduces Tesla’s latest fast charging technology, which delivers higher peak power and broader vehicle compatibility than previous generations.

In an effort to promote green mobility, the station is not limited to Tesla owners — electric vehicles from other brands can also use the chargers via the Tesla app. To celebrate the launch, complimentary charging was offered to all EV owners through tomorrow.

A Teemall manager said the V4 system enables a “one coffee break” charging experience, allowing drivers to recharge quickly during a short stop. Describing the installation as a strategic move, he stated, “Introducing the station is a core initiative in our efforts to enhance the consumer experience and build an intelligent commercial ecosystem. Integrating this cutting edge green technology with Teemall’s diverse offerings lets customers combine efficient energy replenishment with high-quality lifestyle experiences.”

Saturday’s launch event also featured a Cybertruck exhibition zone. The futuristic electric pickup drew significant public interest, giving residents a close look at next-gen automotive design and technology.
