The name LOFT53 derives from the building codes E5 and F3 in the south zone of the park. F3 houses SMOO Market, which focuses on lifestyle offerings, while E5 is home to Mindpark, a cultural hub. The block pulses with relaxed, chic energy — light dining, markets, pet-friendly spots, lifestyle shops and office spaces cluster around a pocket park that invites casual exploration. Popular with young visitors, LOFT53 is ideal for strolling, photography, shopping, sampling gourmet bites and finding inspiration at art exhibitions.
