Located in the heart of Guiwan, the futuristic twin-tower development spans 150,000 square meters and offers 1,028 high-end units designed for international talent.
The apartments are available to professionals, senior managers, and highly skilled employees from foreign countries and China's Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who work for companies registered or operating in Qianhai.
Now available in the initial launch phase are 544 units in Building T2. Unit types include one-bedroom apartments (about 75 sqm and 88 sqm) and three-bedroom apartments (about 150 sqm). Monthly rent is set at 155.9 yuan (about US$21.8) per square meter — for example, rent for a 75-sqm unit would be roughly 11,700 yuan per month.

Designed by U.K, architecture firm Foster + Partners, the complex uses a “space capsule” concept and was developed with building information modeling (BIM). It features smart parking management and intelligent charging stations. All units are fully furnished with international-brand furniture and appliances and include services such as linens, cleaning, fitness facilities, and internet access for a move-in ready experience.
The property is managed by Lanson Place, a Hong Kong-based hotel and serviced-residence operator, and has bilingual signage and dual-language management systems. The on-site service team speaks Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
“We are not only providing a place to live — we are building an ecosystem that fosters interaction and sparks innovation,” a management representative said.

According to the representative, regular community activities — social gatherings, cultural festivals, sports events, environmental initiatives, and charity programs — will be organized, and residents will be encouraged to take part in community governance, form interest groups, and lead cultural and recreational activities.
The development is a key step in Qianhai’s push to create a globally connected environment that attracts top talent and supports innovation.
