Following Elen, we visited Shenzhen Foreign Languages GBA Academy (SGA). The beautiful campus and its vibrant, welcoming atmosphere immediately caught her eye.

跟随外籍朋友Elen的脚步，我们走进了深圳外国语学校（集团）湾区学校。优美的校园环境和开放活力的氛围，让她眼前一亮。

Chen Yajun, a civil servant from Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau, greeted Elen warmly and led the campus tour. She introduced, “As an open, globally connected city, Shenzhen is committed to creating a welcoming environment for international talents and their families.”

在深圳市教育局公务员陈雅君热情接待下，Elen开启了探校之旅。陈雅君介绍道，“作为一座国际化大都市，深圳正致力于打造包容友好的生活环境，迎接来自世界各地的朋友。”

Terrence Linton, SGA’s head of school, added, “We are the only school in Shenzhen that offers English language instruction but can accept both foreign nationals and locals.” The school follows the IB curriculum framework and teaching methods and holds CIS, WASC accreditation. After the school visit, Elen went to the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital, where Dr. Li Xiang, an orthopedic specialist, welcomed her. 

告别学校，Elen又来到了香港大学深圳医院，接待她的是骨科主治医师李翔。

“Welcome! We are a public hospital supported by the Shenzhen Municipal Government in partnership with the University of Hong Kong,” Dr. Li said as they walked. “This is our International Medical Center. We offer bilingual services in Chinese and English, personalized one-on-one service, and direct billing for international insurance plans.”

“我们是一家由深圳市政府全额投资、引进香港大学现代化管理模式的大型综合性公立医院，”李医生边走边说：“看，这是我们的国际医疗中心，中英双语服务、一对一贴心陪伴，国际保险也能在这里直接报销。”

At the advanced medical imaging center, Elen was impressed by the state-of-the-art MRI equipment. Even more surprising was the hospital’s bright swimming pool!

参观到先进的医学影像中心时，Elen已经被最先进的核磁共振设备震撼了。然而，更令她惊讶的还在后面——医院里，竟然藏着一个碧波荡漾的泳池！

Dr. Li smiled, “This hydrotherapy pool is a key facility for sports medicine rehabilitation. A lot of patients, after undergoing knee surgeries, may need this kind of exercise with non-weight-bearing.”

“没想到吧？”李医生笑着揭秘，“这是水疗池，是运动医学专业的康复利器。膝盖术后的朋友，在这里就能进行安全无负重的训练。”
