According to authorities, non-competition personnel and vehicles will be prohibited from entering the Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint area from 2 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Nov. 15. The restriction is intended to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the marathon and related arrangements.

Cross-border vehicles that would normally use Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint — including freight trucks, coaches and private cars — are advised to use alternative crossings during the restricted period. Drivers can reroute to Huanggang Checkpoint, Wenjindu Checkpoint or Liantang Checkpoint.

Suspension times or other arrangements may be adjusted in the event of special circumstances. Travelers and transport operators are urged to follow on-the-day announcements and check the latest notices from relevant authority in advance.

Commuters planning cross-border travel on Nov. 15 are advised to allow extra time, consider alternative crossings or public transport where possible, and monitor official channels for updates to avoid disruption.
