The opening ceremony of the relay will be held at Shenzhen Talent Park in Nanshan District at 9 a.m. Nov. 29. At 9:30 a.m., the three other cities will simultaneously begin their segments. Each city will organize 50 torchbearers for the relay.
The torch, named Blossom, incorporates design elements representing the shared Lingnan cultural heritage of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, symbolizing the concept of "three regions as one family."

Shenzhen has designed its torch route to showcase the city's character as an open, technology-driven, and innovative hub, while also arranging interactive cultural performances to engage citizens throughout the event.
