Six sites in Shenzhen are listed as top recommended tourist attractions in Guangdong's first series of digital cultural and tourism maps, which were launched Monday at a provincial government press conference in Guangzhou. The maps highlight 30 nature reserves and 20 botanical gardens across Guangdong Province.

Shenzhen’s sites include the Wutong Mountain National Scenic Area, the Shenzhen OCT National Wetland Park, the Dapeng Peninsula National Geopark, the Neilingding-Futian National Nature Reserve, the Fairy Lake Botanical Garden, and the Shenzhen Orchid Conservation Center.

Accessible via the Amap navigation app by searching for “乐游广东” or “广东文旅地图,” the digital maps offer smart recommendations, route planning, and interactive sharing features. They are designed to provide a range of tourism experiences — from ecological sightseeing and science education to coastal cycling and intangible cultural heritage tours.

The platform also brings together information from 21 cities in Guangdong, covering museums, public libraries, cultural centers, art galleries, and tourist attractions. Key details of each site are visually displayed for ease of use.

Among the featured locations are 100 highly rated 4A-level and above scenic spots, spanning coastal areas, forests, hot springs, and theme parks, effectively covering interests such as winter travel, wellness retreats, and leisure shopping.

The launch is part of the broader “Enjoy the Warm Winter in Guangdong” campaign, running from November 2025 to February 2026, which aims to offer immersive travel experiences integrating sports, culture, cuisine, nature, and shopping.
