The “Dehors” exhibition at Tengjun Science and Technology Innovation Park in Bao’an District showcases artworks by Alejandro Martin Parisi and Chen Hengchao, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.

​The International Illustration Exhibition at OCAT B10 is showcasing more than 2,000 vibrant illustrations by over 1,500 top illustrators worldwide. Also at OCAT B10, a poetry-themed interactive exhibition inspired by the animated Chinese movie “Chang An” offers children an entertaining and educational experience in a poetic and playful setting.

Enthusiasts of poetry and paintings can immerse themselves in the “Poetry in Chinese Mountains-and-Waters Paintings” exhibition running through Nov. 3. Here, visitors can admire paintings created by masters spanning from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) to modern times.

A contemporary art exhibition featuring Chinese artist Dai Yun’s sculptures has extended its run through Sept. 1. Utilizing red bricks, gray stones, cement and concrete iron as his signature materials, Dai has formed a unique visual language showcasing the intrinsic beauty of the materials.

Visitors can admire the Huaxian shadow puppets from Shaanxi Province at an exhibition at the Shenzhen Pingshan Changshou Dramaville, nestled in the centuries-old Changshou Hakka village to the northeast of Maluan Mountain. The puppets are collected by actor Zhang Guoli. The Huaxian shadow play is a traditional folk art with a history of over 2,000 years.

The 8th International Biotechnology Conference & Expo (BTE 2024) will be featured as one of the professional exhibitions during the 26th China Hi-Tech Fair, which will take place at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Bao’an District from Nov. 14 to 16.

The 12th China Acrobatic Exhibition is set to take place from Aug. 23 to Sept. 5 in Shenyang, capital of Northeast China’s Liaoning Province, according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) on Wednesday.
