The 10th Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (Shenzhen) opened today, transforming the city into a global stage for exploring the future of cities.

The Shenzhen Bay Public Art Season, one of the city’s most beloved urban public cultural events, has returned. The latest edition brings art from galleries and museums into residents’ everyday spaces, including park lawns, street corners, and seaside areas.

The exhibition “Myriad Beings on the Walls: The Vitality of Life in Song and Jin Dynasty Murals of Shanxi” at Nanshan Museum presents 71 murals and brick carvings from the Song (960-1279) and Jin (1115-1234) dynasties.

The 2026 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show will be held from May 29 to June 7 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center in Bao'an District, according to Shenzhen Economic Daily.

The Aiguo Road Flower Fair in Luohu District, Shenzhen's longest-running Spring Festival flower fair, will last seven days this year.

Art lovers can now admire 64 bird-and-flower paintings by Chinese masters such as Qi Baishi and Wu Changshuo at the “Brushstrokes at Year's Dawn” exhibition at the He Xiangning Art Museum. The works come from the collection of the Beijing Fine Art Academy.

The “Architecture of Possibility: Zaha Hadid Architects” exhibition charts the evolution and progress of designs by one of the world’s most influential architecture studios of the past 50 years.
