From July 17 to 18, the "Five Continents Enjoy Together" Concert was held at Shenzhen Festival Avenue in Futian District. The Uzbekistan State Philharmonic Orchestra, Cuba's Cumanay Band, and the Shenzhen Opera & Dance Theater presented symphonic, Latin, and Chinese and international classics, attracting around 7,800 residents and visitors. Serving as a bridge for cultural exchange, the event showcased Shenzhen's openness, diversity.

The prominent shopping center will introduce four premier cultural venues, among them is Fotografiska Shenzhen, the renowned photography institution's fifth global location and its first permanent venue in South China, scheduled to open Oct. 1.

On June 16, the International Chess Federation (Switzerland) (FIDE) Shenzhen Office was inaugurated in Qianhai, Shenzhen. This is FIDE's first office in Asia since its founding in 1924. With over 200 member associations, FIDE is one of the world's most influential sports organizations.
