US international law professor inspires SZ students
Prof. Mark Feldman from the U.S. serves as the interim dean of the Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL). He joined the STL in 2011, and his research areas include multinational enterprises, international investment and dispute resolution, and China as a rule-maker and institution builder. Before his tenure at STL, Feldman served the U.S. Department of State for five years, representing the country in investment treaty arbitration. His expertise in international law extends to his role as an arbitrator for the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), a position he has held for over a decade. Feldman actively cultivates connections with top universities, organizations, individuals in the international arbitration community, corporate entities, and law firms.
