An industrial investment and promotion conference was held at the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone on Monday, attracting representatives from 170 firms and investment institutions in intelligent connected vehicles, new energy, high-performance materials, and high-end electronic chemicals.

The results of the 2023 biodiversity survey in the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone have been unveiled. In comparison to the 2022 survey, three national first-class key protected species have been added to the record —the Paphiopedilum purpuratum, the yellow-breasted bunting, and the black-faced spoonbill.

The Shenzhen-Shanshan High-speed Railway from downtown Shenzhen to Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone will cost about 48.8 billion yuan (US$6.86 billion), according to an approval released by Guangdong's transport department recently.
