Spring represents the beginning of all things and the beginning of life. In the vast world of ancient Chinese poetry, there are many beautiful lines about ploughing fields and going hiking on a spring day. As the Spring Festival approaches, a wonderful sharing session themed “Spring in ancient Chinese poems” was held at the Futian Cultural Hall. Wang Fang, vice chairman of the Folk Artists Association of Shenzhen, and Xu Jinru, associate professor of the School of Humanities, Shenzhen University, shared their ideas on some ancient Chinese poems about the spring.
