Fish, shrimp fry released into Dapeng Bay

A turtle is released into Dapeng Bay on Thursday during a ceremony to mark National Fish Releasing Day and the launch of National Aquatic Science and Technology Week. 

The event, organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Marine Development Bureau and the Shenzhen Fisheries Development Research Center, was held at the Yantian Aquatic Products Terminal. This year’s event involved releasing 900,000 red seabream and blacktail seabream fry and 5 million longhair prawns, all of which passed quarantine inspections. Shenzhen Economic Daily
