Diesel light trucks prohibited from passing certain areas in Shenzhen

The Traffic Police Department of Public Security Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality issued a notice July 28, stating that it has decided to continue setting up "Green Logistics Zones" in the city's ten administrative districts (new areas), prohibiting the passage of diesel light trucks.

The notice is effective from July 29, 2024, to July 28, 2025, with the following specific content:

From 00:00 to 24:00 every day, diesel light trucks are prohibited from entering the following “Green Logistics Zones”:

Futian District

Futian’s central area: enclosed area by Xinzhou Road (excluded) – Hongli Road (excluded) – Caitian Road (excluded) – Binhe Avenue (excluded) (excluding Shennan Boulevard within the area).

Jingtian area: enclosed area by Xinzhou Road (excluded) – Xiangmei Road (excluded) – Hongli Road (excluded) – Beihuan Boulevard (excluded).

Meilin area: enclosed area by Caitian Road (excluded) – Mei’ao 8th Road (excluded) – Kaifeng Road (excluded) – Meilin Road (excluded).

Luohu District

Renmin South Road area: enclosed area by Shennan Boulevard (excluded) – Dongmen South Road (excluded) – Chunfeng Road (excluded) – Jianshe Road (excluded).

Shawan area: Shawan Road.

Nanshan District

Science and Technology Park area: enclosed area by Shennan Boulevard– Shahe West Road (excluded) – Binhai Boulevard (excluded) – Nanhai Boulevard (excluded).

University Town Area: enclosed area by Lishui Road – Lishan Road (excluded) – Xueyuan Boulevard (excluded).

Shekou area: enclosed area by No. 1 Road – Wanghai Road (excluded) – Industrial 2nd Road (excluded) – Industrial 1st Road (excluded).

Yantian District

Yantian central area: enclosed area by Haishan Road – Haijing Road – Donghe Road – Haitao Road – Shenyuan Road (excluded) – Xiangjing South Street – Xiangjing East Street.

Meisha area: enclosed area by Yanmei Road (excluded) – Huanmei Road (excluded).

Bao’an District

Haixiu area: enclosed area by Yuanan 1st Road – Bao’an Boulevard (excluded) – Xinan West Road – Haixiu Road – Xingye Road.

Longgang District

Longcheng area: enclosed area by Longfu Road (excluded) – Longcheng Boulevard (excluded) – Longxiang Boulevard (excluded) – Huangge Road (excluded) – Qinglin Road (excluded) – Jixiang Road (excluded section from Qinglin Road to Longfu Road).

Longhua District

Shenzhen North Station area: enclosed area by Liuxian Boulevard (excluded) – Mintang Road (excluded) – Bailong Road (excluded) – Zhiyuan South Road (excluded) – Zhiyuan Middle Road (excluded).

Pingshan District

Sports Center area: enclosed area by Xianhe Road (excluded) – BYD Road (excluded) – Sports 3rd Road (excluded) – No. 8 Road (excluded) – Sports 2nd Road (excluded).

Guangming District

Guangming Plaza area: enclosed area by Guangming Boulevard (excluded) – Huaxia Road (excluded) – Guangqiao Road (excluded) – Sightseeing Road (excluded).

Dapeng New Area

Dapeng Kuichong Central area: enclosed area by Jinling Road (excluded) – Jinye Boulevard (excluded) – Jinkui Middle Road (excluded) – Pingkui Road (excluded).

Cross region

Eastern Overseas Chinese Town area: Yan 3rd Road, Bi 3rd Road.

Military vehicles, police vehicles, fire trucks, ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles on duty are not subject to the restrictions of this notice.

Those who violate the provisions of this notice will be punished in accordance with traffic management laws and regulations.

This notice is effective from July 29, 2024, to July 28, 2025.
