Blend opens new outlet in Longgang District

Blend Coffee & Brunch, a boutique café in Shenzhen renowned for its pioneering Western-style brunch offerings, has unveiled a new outlet at MixC Universiade World in Longgang District.

This latest outlet signifies Blend’s first venture into Longgang and its eighth establishment in Shenzhen. It is also the brand’s second outlet to extend its operating hours into the evening.

Designed with a minimalist aesthetic, the interior of the new outlet boasts an impressive 8-meter-long art wall that complements the interplay of lights and comfortable sofas. Featuring a street-facing glass wall on the sides, the seamless fusion of indoor and outdoor spaces creates a relaxing seating area perfect for unwinding over leisurely coffee breaks.

Remaining true to Blend’s commitment to excellence, the new outlet offers an array of Western-style full meals, brunch selections, desserts, and coffee. The menu showcases Blend’s signature dishes including English breakfast, Eggs Benedict, and fluffy pancakes, among others.

A standout favorite is the “Little Monster” set, a hearty brunch ensemble comprising pancakes topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fish fingers, sautéed mushrooms, blueberries, figs, and over 10 other delectable ingredients. Drizzled with homemade maple syrup and served with savory sausage dipped in garlic sauce, this dish caters to both sweet-toothed and meat-lovers alike.

Complementing the delightful food offerings, Blend’s coffee selection is a must-try. The Blend coffee is a meticulously crafted blend of Ethiopian and Tanzanian coffee beans, sourced and roasted within a strict 7-day timeframe to preserve the beans’ aromatic qualities.

Situated in the 65,600 square meters open-air commercial street of MixC Universiade World, the outlet adds to the vibrant social and culinary scene of the area. The commercial street is strategically divided into three zones, creating a diverse range of social spaces and entertainment options.
