Fashion Week spotlights SZ's stylish allure

The Spring/Summer 2025 Shenzhen Fashion Week officially launched Friday evening, with high-end women’s fashion brand Koradior presenting its opening show at the Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning in Futian District.

The nine-day event features 30 shows and over 40 designers unveiling their latest collections at the Shenzhen Bay MixC shopping mall and Shenzhen Talent Park in Nanshan District, offering fashion enthusiasts a series of stunning showcases.

Prominent brands such as New ooo Neutral, Zhou Xin, Shu Hua, and 15 Hours are among those taking the stage, presenting their interpretations of the latest trends. Alongside the runway shows, forums are being held to push the fashion industry toward embracing cutting-edge technologies, fostering creative diversity, producing more stylish products, and increasing global brand awareness.

This year’s notable highlight is the blending of traditional heritage with modern fashion. Shenzhen Fashion Week’s flagship IP event, FASHION WOW, debuted at Shenzhen Bay MixC. The HERITAGE section is serving as a cultural exchange platform, showcasing stories about Chinese traditional culture and craftsmanship. The exhibition is open to the public until Nov. 3.

The OUT OF STOCK Fashion Weekend Market — one of the official Fashion Week events — was held from Friday to Sunday, bringing together over 300 well-known designers and luxury brands for a weekend shopping extravaganza.
