Concert of multiethnic children

A group of children of the Tajik and Bulang ethnic minorities will collaborate with traditional ethnic music inheritors from Yunnan Province for the Multiethnic Children’s Choirs in Concert at Shenzhen Concert Hall on Sunday.

Chinese dance drama 

“Only Green,” a captivating dance drama inspired by an ancient Chinese painting and presented by the esteemed China Oriental Performing Arts Group, will grace the stage of Shenzhen Poly Theater.

Song of the Goat Theater

The Song of the Goat Theater from Poland is a unique troupe known for staging plays that incorporate a cappella, traditional instruments, and world music. This time, they will present “Hamlet: A Commentary,” inspired by various works of Shakespeare.

West End musical star concert 

Six musical stars from London's West End will perform a selections of iconic songs, including "We Will Rock You," "I Will Always Love You," and "We Are the Champions,"on Friday night.

Grottoes exhibition

The “Dunhuang Aesthetics and Its Connection to the World” exhibition, hosted by Dunhuang Academy and China Dunhuang Grottoes Conservation Research Foundation, features more than 40 replicas of Dunhuang murals produced using digital technology, along with reproduced caves and colored clay sculptures. The exhibition runs through Nov. 22.

AI and art

An exhibition featuring art and artificial intelligence has opened to the public at the Guan Shanyue Art Museum. Featuring multimedia works from 11 prominent Chinese artists, this innovative exhibition will be available for viewing until Nov. 20.

Classic works

The “Journey to the Rebirth of Artworks” exhibition offers visitors a rare chance to delve into the behind-the-scenes stories of painting restoration, where they can admire the works of five Chinese masters.

Craft wonders

At the 8th Shenzhen Folk Art Exhibition, held at the Ancient Art Division of the Shenzhen Museum, visitors can enjoy more than 170 exquisite pieces crafted by local folk artists. The exhibition showcases a diverse array of folk art forms including shadow puppets, ceramics, cloth and cotton sculptures, paper cutting, wood carving, walnut carving, jade carving, leather carving, iron painting, and embroidery.
