Kent & Curwen unveils new store at MixC World

British fashion label Kent & Curwen celebrated a significant milestone with the grand opening of its boutique at MixC World in Nanshan District on Tuesday, inviting the acclaimed Chinese actress Chen Duling to grace the occasion.

The event, highlighted by a ceremonial ribbon cutting, signified the brand’s continued expansion and dedication to the Chinese market. It also marked the second collaboration between Chen and Kent & Curwen, following their successful partnership at the London Fashion Week.

The interior of the Kent & Curwen Shenzhen MixC World Boutique Store is a testament to British elegance, featuring blue handmade ceramic tiles that symbolize the British royal aristocracy, complemented by classic white stone and adorned with English red roses that encapsulate the brand’s spirit. 

The store’s design reflects a youthful yet sophisticated style, blending the iconic three lion emblem with a contemporary twist and complementing the British style retro carpet.

Established in 1926, Kent & Curwen has built its legacy on the art of uniform making. In April last year, Guangzhou-based fashion company Biem.L.Fdlkk Garment acquired the global trademarks of Cerruti 1881 and Kent & Curwen.
