Service centers for expats

Shenzhen has established one-stop service centers for foreigners at major entry checkpoints, covering essential needs and services such as payment, communication, transportation, culture, tourism and immigration.

I. Service Scope

1.Payment Services: Assistance in linking WeChat Pay and Alipay, cash withdrawal with foreign cards, foreign currency exchange, and small-change conversion services.

2. Communication Services: On-site SIM card applications and telecom service consultation.

3. Transportation Services: Sales and top-up of Shenzhentong travel cards, plus public transportation guidance.

4. Culture & Tourism Services: Tourist information, itinerary planning, ticket booking, cultural tours, app recommendations for travel in Shenzhen, and the latest travel and consumption updates.

5. Immigration Services: Q&A on entry/exit policies, visa assistance, and legal briefings for expats.

II. Locations of Service Centers

1.Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport: East side of International Arrivals Exit, Terminal 3. 

Service Hours: 24 hours.

2. Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint: Corridor outside the Immigration Hall. Service Hours：6:00–24:00.

3. Futian Checkpoint: Exit of Gate 2. Service Hours: 9:00-21:00.
