There’s also an unlimited selection of live fish, shrimp, crabs and shellfish — including blue swimmer crab, male and female Chinese mitten crabs, three-eyed crab, bread crab, green crab, mantis shrimp, nine-segment shrimp, black tiger prawns, giant freshwater prawns, six-head abalone, oysters, scallops, eel, and New Zealand green-lipped mussels — all available for all-you-can-eat enjoyment. All seafood is caught and prepared on site in front of guests.
