Enchanting cannonball flowers create a fairy tale scene in city

Named for their resemblance to clusters of firecrackers, the cannonball flowers feature vibrant orange-red blossoms that hang in long rows. They now create a unique floral landscape within Shenzhen’s parks, with their blossoms flowing downward like cascading waterfalls.

In Shenzhen, the blooming period of cannonball flowers lasts from December to March, with the peak viewing time falling between late January and February.
