The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenzhen (Shenzhen Samii Medical Center) is a municipal hospital jointly operated by the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission and a team led by Prof. Madjid Samii, Honorary President for Life of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS). Shenzhen Pingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital 

Established in 1987, Shenzhen Pingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital serves as a district-level comprehensive intervention center for birth defects and a district-level neonatal intensive care center. Currently, the hospital has developed into a secondary maternal and child health hospital that integrates prevention, healthcare, medical treatment, education, and research, with a focus on the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses in women and children, as well as providing maternal and child health services.

Shenzhen Mental Health Center/Shenzhen Kangning Hospital

Established in 1980, Shenzhen Kangning Hospital, overseen by the Public Hygiene and Health Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, stands as Shenzhen's sole Grade A tertiary psychiatric hospital. It is distinguished by its comprehensive approach encompassing disease prevention, medical treatment, recovery, research, and education. 

In 2007, the hospital was renamed Shenzhen Mental Health Center/Shenzhen Kangning Hospital, shouldering responsibilities in mental disease prevention and recovery technical guidance, aiding and treating homeless psychiatric individuals, and implementing compulsory treatment programs for those with psychiatric conditions.

The hospital comprises the Pingshan general facility and the Luohu branch, providing a spectrum of services in clinical care, public health, and research. The Pingshan site, occupying 96,000 square meters and with a floor area of 134,000 square meters, prioritizes the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of severe mental illnesses, as well as mandatory medical interventions and aids. The Luohu branch specializes in treating mild mental disorders, fostering mental well-being, crisis intervention, psychological counseling, and psychotherapy.
