Originally christened by French President Charles de Gaulle in 1962, the Ancerville now stands as a dynamic venue dedicated to experiential storytelling. It brings together theater, fine dining, aquatic performances, retail, entertainment, and social spaces — creating a multifaceted space where history and contemporary creativity converge.
Among its standout offerings is “The Deal,” a groundbreaking physical theater production and the first original immersive performance in China specifically designed for a ship's cabin spaces. Since premiering aboard the Minghua last October, “The Deal” has captivated audiences with its inventive use of the ship's unique setting.
