A promotional event for “Pingshan Premium Products” is under way at “Pingshan Station,” an urban promotion space located in the underground City Hub plaza near Gangxia North Metro Station in Futian District, attracting expats ahead of the Spring Festival. This event forms part of the “Guangdong Goods” campaign, which promotes products made in Guangdong Province.

Organizers have offered holiday discounts and home delivery services to attract shoppers preparing for the Chinese New Year. The display covers cultural, consumer and technology products, reflecting Pingshan District’s integration of traditional craftsmanship and modern manufacturing.

Among the highlights is a gift set titled “Bright Future” from Maluan Kiln, an intangible cultural heritage-recognized ceramic brand from Pingshan. The set includes delicate Linglong porcelain cups and a Spring Festival couplet co-branded with Zhou Guoping, director of Pingshan Library. This red porcelain design reflects Spring Festival customs, where red symbolizes good fortune. The cup names convey wishes for success and a smooth future.
