DoBePARK: A revitalized hub for digital creativity

Transformed from the former Shenzhen TV Station and Shenzhen National Animation Industry Base, DoBePARK, located on Yijing Road in Luohu District, repurposes old broadcast studios and transmission facilities into creative offices, exhibition and performance venues, and an outdoor plaza — creating an inspiring environment for innovation.

The site focuses on digital film and television, micro-dramas, and digital advertising (MCN), and has been designated the Shenzhen Luohu District Micro-drama Incubator and Advertising Incubator. Leveraging Luohu’s film, TV and advertising support policies, it offers enterprises services including subsidy applications, content review, production support, IP development, and financing/investment matchmaking.

The digital arts center features a 180-degree holographic surround system and modular lifting rigs, and integrates cutting-edge technologies such as AI, VR and wire-flying equipment to enable immersive original productions and expand the possibilities of digital creativity. 

DoBePARK also includes a 3,000-sqm outdoor green plaza hosting well-known casual dining and beverage brands. From markets to camping and outdoor events, the site offers a one‑stop lifestyle destination rich in leisure appeal.
