The Steel Structure Museum is the only museum in China dedicated to steel structures. Balancing historical narrative with technological progress, it features artifacts, scale models, photographs, texts, and multimedia presentations. By integrating collections, exhibitions, research, education, and exchanges, the museum combines public outreach, academic rigor, interactive engagement, and visitor enjoyment.

Designed to lead visitors through the evolution of steel construction, the museum highlights the rise of China’s steel construction industry and celebrates the innovative spirit of steel-structure engineering. It serves as an important base for architectural education and a key platform for technological exchange.
