【Shenzhen's Policies on Recruiting Talents】Preferential talent policies for Qianhai
1. Financial and tax subsidy policy: Those who are rated as high-level overseas talents or urgently needed talents will get subsidies for personal income tax for the part exceeding 15 percent of their income.
2. Mutual recognition and admission of practicing qualifications: Specialized talents holding Hong Kong or international qualifications in the fields including finance, planning, design, architecture, accounting, education and medical care can work in Qianhai after registering with related government agencies of the city and the Qianhai authority.
3. Convenience for stay and clearance: High-level overseas talents can apply for residence permit valid for two to five years and eligible ones can apply for permanent residence permit. Eligible companies and staff in Qianhai can apply for APEC business travel card.
