Guests don’t have to travel outside Shenzhen to explore wonderful and original Thai dishes as Kerdyoo will bring you an unforgettable experience to refresh your feelings and tastebuds.

He and his team have created an extensive menu blending traditional, authentic Thai spices with the best pick of local seasonal ingredients.

In order to cook authentic gourmet Thai cuisine, Kerdyoo is bringing with him many traditional Thai ingredients and sauces, including citronella, galangal, shallots, shrimp sauce and coconut milk, all key ingredients in preparing authentic and spicy Thai food.

Pineapple rice.

The chef’s signature menu includes tom yum goong soup, stir-fried rice noodles with prawns, deep fried garoupa with spicy sweet and sour sauce, red curry with roasted duck, fried soft shell crab with salted eggs, green curry pork slices, Thai curry lamb and pineapple rice.

For set meals, guests are able to choose one dish from each course to combine as a set and the hotel also offers a four-dish set menu with a price of 250 yuan, an additional cocktail will be offered free of charge as well.

Deep fried garoupa.

During the promotional period, Coriander will be decorated with Thai accessories. As well, the restaurant will feature Thai music and waiters and waitresses dressed in traditional Thai clothing.
