Master chef Bill Fu from the Michelin one-star Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Macao will present his distinctive dishes at Lai Heen Chinese Restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou, teaming up with the restaurant’s chef Guo from Sept. 21 to 23.

With more than 25 years’ work experience focused on Cantonese cuisine, Fu developed a distinct style of blending innovation with tradition, and worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong for many years.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Macao, he is well-known for his dedication to achieving Michelin-star quality cuisine.
As for this trip to Guangzhou, Fu brings to the table the highest level of craftsmanship with premium ingredients from all over the world, offering an eight-course fusion set menu featuring blue lobster, crispy grouper fillet, stir-fried wagyu beef and black truffle for three evenings.
The set menu is priced at 1,288 yuan per person plus a 15-percent service charge, and selected wines are also available for a complete dining experience.(Maggie Tang)
