On the menu for the Pink Engine High Tea set is a crispy raspberry puff, Pink Engine raspberry mousse cake, sakura marshmallow cheese roll, pink rose panna cotta, strawberry Remington, strawberry and plain scones, raspberry napoleon ice cream, Italian gelato, buffalo cheese and tomato skewers, seared tuna with mango salsa, caramelized onion and pastrami sandwich, Iberian ham and honeydew skewers, salmon mousse roll with avocado, smoked duck with pineapple tartlet, two glasses of Chardon rose sparkling wine, and western tea or coffee.
